Two-week SEAL Teen Basic Fitness Class is a program offered during the summer months and is designed to help teens stay fit and develop an edge for school sports. With the variety and intensity of the program's workouts, any teen can become fit, build confidence, develop self-discipline, and learn the value of teamwork.
This fun course is just like our Adult Basic Fitness class except that it's for teens. We will train together 60 minutes a day Monday through Friday.
Training is at your pace and each day is something different at a different location. Ages range from 13 to 18. Teens 16 and 17 are allowed to attend the Adult Basic Fitness Class with parent consent. Teen must be enrolled in high school. Class size ranges from 10 to 30.
A special note to coaches: we have men that have gone from 3 to 33 pull ups and women that have gone from 0 to 19 pull ups in our adult class. This is a great way to keep athletes fit during summer break.
