The 2-week Basic Fitness Class for men and women is “at your pace” and uses team based physical fitness training to get you in the best shape of your life. Each day (one hour workout Mon-Fri) is something different at a different place. Exercises are aimed at developing upper/lower body strength, upper/lower body endurance, speed, balance, flexibility, and coordination.
While getting in shape outdoors with our team you will also develop leadership skills and confi
dence while you paddle boats, climb ropes, and negotiate obstacles as a team.
The group works together as a team to provide unmatched motivation and encouragement. Because you are having so much fun while being challenged, it's easy to stick with the program and see results--even after just two weeks!
***Water Evolutions such as swimming and kayaking are optional, require additional training to participate, and are not part of the 2 week Basic Fitness Class***

After you had to cancel the class on Tuesday morning because of the lightning, I had no other option but to go to the gym. Oh –have things changed! What a different world – the humming of air conditioners, the glow of fluorescent lights, the background singing of George Michael, the fresh smell of moldy rubber mats and burning treadmills going round and round, the stone cold glances from strangers. I was so lost and confused, so bored and unmotivated. I hope it doesn’t storm again.
