            One Trial Workout allowed per person.  An additional trial workout is $15/each.


 

This workout allows guests to experience SEAL Team Physical Training with our Members. This is a one hour, 'At Your Pace' workout with friends. Participants are allowed to do one sample workout before joining the Basic Fitness Class. Check out the CBS 6 Video of a workout.

Who:  Friends and guests ages 15 and up (ages 15-17 require note from parent)

What to Bring: A smile!  Wear comfortable workout clothes.  Bring water or gatorade for rehydration.  Wear gloves on your hands (if cold and wet) and wool running socks (winter).

What to do:
  Go at your pace, make some friends, and have fun. A waiver is required.  Simply Click here and fill out an online waiver. 

        How Much:    Free!
