Hoo Yah Team,

If you keep fitness fun, you are more likely to stick with it.  At SEAL Team PT, every day is something different at a different location. You will paddle boats, climb ropes, negotiate obstacles as a team, and get in the best shape of your life. Training is at your pace so you do not have to show up in shape.  You must complete our 2 week Basic Fitness Class before you can become a SEAL Team PT Fitness Member.

The purpose of the 2 week Basic Fitness Class is to teach you everything you will need to know about SEAL Team PT as a Fitness Member, including: how to perform the exercises safely, work as a team, and other SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures). Those who complete the 2 week Basic Fitness Class will receive a t-shirt, certificate, and be eligible to join the membership. Many Fitness Members have worked out with us for over 10 years and say working out with us is the best hour of their day.  Simply listen to your body, go at your pace, and keep it fun.  You will love it.

Member Quote:

"After you had to cancel the class on Tuesday morning because of the lightning, I had no other option but to go to the gym. Oh –have things changed! What a different world – the humming of air conditioners, the glow of fluorescent lights, the background singing of George Michael, the fresh smell of moldy rubber mats and burning treadmills going round and round, the stone cold glances from strangers. I was so lost and confused, so bored and unmotivated. I hope it doesn’t storm again."
