The two week basic fitness class is designed to teach you the right way to complete SEAL Team PT's rigorous exercise regimen in a safe, fun, and effective way. When you join the 2 week basic fitness class you become teammates instead of competitors with your fellow class. For 10 days you exercise with the same group of people, forming a tight bond as you work your way through obstacles, sit ups, pull ups, push ups, and leg lifts. The basic fitness class begins and ends with a fitness test and includes periodic testing along the way to measure progress. - "you can do more as a team than you can do on your own."

This class is open for men and women, ages 15 and +, fast, not so fast, all fitness types welcome. SEAL Team PT is a place of respect, and Instructors ensure that members are encouraging others to reach their fitness goals, no matter what level of fitness they possess. With our "Back to last" mentality of making sure no one is left behind, you will always feel like an important part of the team. The positivity around you will push you beyond your limits. You will find yourself amongst the ranks of military personnel, teachers, stay at home moms, and executives.

SEAL Team PT meets at various parks around the city - rain, snow or shine! (Workouts are cancelled only if there is lightning.) Locations change day to day, and location maps are always posted online a week in advance, so you know where to be. It behooves the fitness student to look up the location and directions ahead of time before the morning of the workout.

Classes are Monday-Friday for 1 hour at various times in the day
You must complete 9 of the 10 classes offered during the 2 week class to be eligible for graduation. Graduates will receive a t-shirt and a certificate!
