Dan Hickman, a U.S. Navy veteran, has been working out with STPT for 10 years. Tired of the gym and looking for a new approach to fitness, Dan graduated with class 46 and never looked back."The great thing about SEAL Team Physical Training is that it takes you out of your comfort zone. You’ve got to check your ego at the door, because you are going to try things you would never try on your own. People tend to do the things they are already good at when they exercise because they are afraid of failing at something new. That’s how you turn what you thought were your weaknesses into strengths."When he isn't dishing out pain and suffering as a SEAL Team PT Instructor, Dan can be found running races all around Richmond and Hampton Roads, or at his day job working for Capital One.
